I would like to reserve a table at the tea room.

We do not take reservations by email or telephone except for groups of 5 or more people.

I want to add/remove a guest.

If you wish to modify your reservation, please contact our customer service directly.

For a table of 4 people, it will not be possible to add guests (group reservation required).

I wish to cancel my reservation.

If you wish to cancel a reservation at the tea room, we invite you to use the link received in the confirmation email.

We also remind you that in the event of late cancellation (6 hours before the start of your reservation) or no-show , the amount of your bank imprint will be debited.

Je suis soumis à un régime alimentaire spécifique, est-ce possible ?

Toutes nos recettes contiennent beurre, lait, œufs et gluten. Nous ne sommes pas en mesure de proposer de Tea time VEGAN, SANS GLUTEN et SANS LACTOSE. Des options pesco-végétariennes et sans viande sont possibles pour les options salées.

En cas d'allergie ou de régime végétarien, merci de nous le signaler au moment de votre prise de réservation dans le champ "commentaire du client" afin que nous puissions vous accueillir dans les meilleures conditions possibles.

Il ne sera pas possible de modifier votre régime sur place car nous préparons tout à la réservation pour que votre expérience soit la plus fluide possible.

We have entrusted the packaging of our orders to an ESAT. In the event of high traffic (sales, Christmas, pre-sales, etc.), it may happen that some products are out of stock. It is then necessary to take into account the restocking time between our warehouse and the ESAT.
