Our Charter

  • Consumption at the table

    During the week , choose from our 3 Tea time options: Mademoiselle, Camélia or Bourgeon.

    On weekends , choose from our Tea times: Merveilleux, Mademoiselle or Camélia.

  • Duration of the experience

    Because we are a very small tea room, we limit reservations to a 75-minute Tea time from the booked time (and not the arrival time).

  • Late ?

    Call us in advance to let us know. We will hold your table for 10 minutes from your reservation time. After that, and without any news from you, it will be redistributed to other impatient customers.

  • Modification

    If you wish to change the number of guests, we ask that you kindly contact our Customer Service by email.

    Beyond 4 people , no changes will be possible.

  • Cancelation

    We ask you to kindly inform us by canceling online (a specific link is on your confirmation email) so that we can give the table to other people waiting.

  • Late cancellation

    In case of late cancellation (6 hours before your appointment) or absence (no show at the reserved time), the amount of the bank imprint will be debited.

  • Dogs, strollers & scooters

    Please note that dogs (even in bags), strollers (even folded), scooters (even small) are not allowed in the tea room for reasons of space and safety.
