At Jardin de Mademoiselle, we seek “Well-being”. This is why we offer you a wide collection of natural infusions with aromatic plants, called “medicinal”, so that each cup combines pleasure and balance.

100% of the ingredients are from organic farming.

    🌱 What is an infusion?

Contrary to popular belief, an infusion does not contain tea. It consists of extracting the aromas or active ingredients of a plant into a boiling liquid which is then left to cool.

🍵 How to prepare your infusion properly

There is no rule for infusions. The longer you leave it, the more pronounced its taste will be. However, we recommend using rather hot water (between 80 and 90°C) and an equally long infusion time (6 to 12 minutes).

But nothing prevents you from reducing or increasing the infusion time, or even the dosage, it's up to you to see according to your taste.

    ❄️ Cold infusion

Place 20 to 30 grams of infusion (2 to 4 tablespoons) in 1L of water at room temperature. Let it infuse for between 1 hour and a whole night depending on the desired strength. The longer the fruits have infused, the more fragrant and delicious the resulting liqueur will be. You can keep it for a few days in a cool place.
