♡ Hello curious people! We are Aline and Floriane! ♡

We are the creators of Mademoiselle's Garden

We open our doors to you to let you discover our little secrets.
If you're here, you're probably wondering when our adventure began? So, follow us for a little retrospection of our adventure!

2016 - The meeting

It is the story of a shared passion and two soul mates .
It begins with our meeting in 2016. At the time, we both worked in the same brand and it was love at first sight. One day, we had the idea to create our own tea brand. We wanted to imagine something new, fresh, feminine and that resembled us! For several months, the idea matured, grew, developed until it never left us.
I remember the day Aline told me: "Let's start, it's now."
And that's what we did. We took the plunge and set out to conquer the little green leaf.

2018 - The creation

The project of creating a tea brand in our image was born!
But there is still a lot of work to do. Our ideas are taking shape, we are studying the opportunities and feasibility of such an enterprise in order to create an extraordinary concept that is sustainable and profitable.
We work from home, sourcing the best teas, researching which blends will become our first babies.
Floriane begins to design the logo, our Mademoiselle , our very first visuals.
Our brand image is becoming more refined and we have decided that it will be the perfect blend of French refinement and very British style!

2019 - The hard work

Creating a brand from scratch is no easy task!
The two years following the creation of Le Jardin de Mademoiselle were... intense ! We were on all fronts: creating the first recipes, setting up e-commerce, filling and packaging our teas and infusions, participating in events, trade fairs and markets. For almost two years, we crisscrossed France to meet our customers, with dark circles under our eyes but a smile on our lips, in order to make ourselves known.
We will never forget our first orders and the feedback that followed. You were so welcoming, so kind that we decided that we would not stop there!

2020 - The Tea Room

We’re taking over Rue Saint Dominique!
August 2020, we opened our Boutique and Tea Room in the heart of the 7th arrondissement of Paris. We won't hide it from you, we were very proud of ourselves. Our dream finally had four walls, a library with nearly 70 of our creations and a pastry counter.
We knocked on the doors of our new shopping neighbors, curious little heads came through our door, we baked our first cookies and had our creations tasted in a setting that we wanted to be bucolic.
Our little tea room came to life over the following months, gradually filling up with laughter and whispered conversations. We recruited new Mademoiselle's to help us serve and advise you as best we could. The weekends were quickly full... and that was just the beginning...

2021 - The covid

...And it happened!
We had barely opened when we had to close the Tea Room section (the shop remaining an "essential" business). It was a hard blow, because despite all the promises made to the shopkeepers about aid, we were not entitled to anything. Our charges, our rent, our credits, they were still due. So we reacted. We set up a click and collect module that allowed you to come and collect tea and pastries in complete safety. We received the support and help of wonderful customers, met the inhabitants of the 7th and were happy to participate in the collective effort on our very small scale.
When we reopened, you were there, and that was priceless. THANK YOU!

2022 - BtoB

Small garden will become big...
It was in 2022 that we were really able to develop our brand. With its original recipes, unique packaging and strong concept, we set out to conquer hotels, restaurants, delicatessens and tea rooms throughout Europe. We are now distributed by other professionals throughout France and beyond its borders. So if, during a stay in Belgium, you come across one of our little boxes of tea, don't hesitate to take a photo of it, we love it!

2023 - Let's fly!

Are you dreaming of a Mademoiselle Garden in Bordeaux, Lyon, Nantes... London or New York?
